See you at CSTA next year!
We brought hands-on STEM to Cleveland! Visit our booth to explore how our creative construction kits and classroom-ready coding tools empower students to learn through building.

Strawbees Scavenger Hunt
We partnered with BirdBrain, CodeJoy and Forward Education to host a scavenger hunt to win a STEAM Starter Kit! These were the rules:
1. Come to our booth to scan the QR code and answer the first question.
2. Visit our partner booths. You can find the answers to each questions at our partner's booths.
3. Submit the form to win and if you got all of the questions right, you will have a chance to win a STEAM Starter Kit.
Congratulations to Heidi Von Tersch!

Strawbees Presentations
Several individuals spoke at CSTA and potentially including a mention of Strawbees. Here are the descriptions of their sessions.

Passport: A Hands-On Computer Science Experience
Join Tiffany Pace as she presents how to use Strawbees for unplugged coding and robotics using micro:bits, incorporating technology into math, ELA, science, and social studies.

Early CS Adventures: Hands-On Computer Science for Young Minds
Join Melissa Zeitz for an interactive workshop where you will explore creative, mostly screen-free ways to teach Computer Science skills to young learners.

Maximizing a Budget for Classroom Computer Science Tools
In this workshop, participants will use a hypothetical $1000 budget to select the computer science tools and resources that best meet their students’ needs and align with their educational goals.

Hands-On Code: Building Skills With No Devices
In this interactive session, participants will explore fun, hands-on activities that teach fundamental coding and computational thinking skills—all without the use of screens. These unplugged activities are accessible to all students, regardless of their reading level, language proficiency, or background knowledge.
